Because Honeymoon Cove has three bedrooms and four baths, the rental price is based on the number of people in your party. You will not be sharing the house with another party. You get the entire house, and you only pay for the number of people in your party.

Additonal Rate Information:
- We require a 25% deposit to guarantee the reservation and the balance paid two weeks prior to occupancy.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard or personal checks.
- In addition, we require a $250 damage deposit, which may be in the form of a personal check that we will hold for 45 days after occupancy to cover any damage or long distance phone charges.

Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days notice: Full refund less $100 service charge.
- 16 – 29 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days notice: No refund; however, you may rebook within 1 year provided your requested dates are available. Any difference in rates must be paid.
